The counselors at Second Journey have unique professional experiences and gifts, while sharing a common faith in their Christian beliefs. We seek to be thoughtful of our faith in assisting others in growth and change, yet respectful of each individual’s beliefs and desire to explore this aspect of their personal journey. It is our conviction that matters of faith, when addressed, are best done in a relational environment of safety, respect, and the freedom to question.
Please complete the following 3 steps before counseling:
1. Click the "REGISTER AS A CLIENT" button and fill in your client information. Upon submitting this information you will also be asked to complete a biographical information form.
2. Review the "NOTICE OF PRIVACY" (HIPPA) form.
3. Read and complete the electronic "INFORMED CONSENT" form and submit.
Fees & Insurance:
When you call for an appointment I will review fees and insurance with you. I am a provider for Wellmark Bluecross and Blue Shield. You are responsible for calling your insurance company to check on your mental health benefits to confirm that counseling services with me will be covered. If I am not a provider with your insurance company you may wish to contact them to see if they will provide out of network coverage for my services.
